Akeso Medico Agency provides medico-legal administrative services exclusively to solicitors, insurers, and rehabilitation providers. We coordinate medical expert services upon instruction from legal professionals. We do not accept direct instructions from claimants or members of the public.

Scope of Services

Facilitation and nomination of appropriate medical experts upon solicitor or insurer instruction.
Administrative management of medical report production and updates.
Processing of invoices between consultants and solicitors.
 

Akeso Medico Agency does not provide medical treatment, legal advice, or financial services.

Payment Terms

Consultants are paid by Akeso upon receipt of their invoice.
Akeso invoices solicitors/insurers and payment is due upon case conclusion or within twelve (12) months of the invoice date, whichever is sooner.
No interest or finance charges apply to deferred invoicing.
These arrangements constitute deferred business-to-business payment terms and are not consumer credit agreements.

Data Protection

Limitation of Liability
